Racing

For most athletes, their aim is to complete a race, and to do their personal best in the process. In order to do that, there are many considerations, being the choice of race, tactics/techniques, preparation, tapering, mindset, and more. We are able to guide you in all these areas.

Training

To reach your end race goal, training must be undertaken. It should be specific, planned, and evidence based. Critically, it must be tailored to the individual and flexible.

Our knowledge in training science is critical in building individual training plans. We know what works and can understand an individuals needs and response to training.

Adaptation

Typically, athletes are highly motivated and do too much training. As coaches we see the big picture, seeing the acute responses to a single bout of exercise and the chronic adaptations to overall training load. This overall outlook enables us to manage your training load, identifying signs of excessive training load and adjusting accordingly.

Our coaches are immersed in the very latest research, building our knowledge base to inform your individual plans. Our aim is to educate and develop you as an athlete on the 'why's', 'how's', and 'what's of the training world.
