Our Approach
Working in partnership to achieve your goals
Coaching works best when there is partnership between the coach and athlete. Setting a goal is where the journey starts, then follows the process of getting there. As coaches it is our job to decipher the big picture, considering your motivations, day-to-day life, athletic ability, and much more. These factors differ vastly from person to person, hence why no plan we provide will be the same.
As athletes we want to get the best out of ourselves. A coach provides the knowledge and expertise, outside perspective, and honesty that will aid you in achieving your goals whilst holding you accountable to your motivations behind undertaking the challenge. Maintaining enjoyment and fulfilment within this process is one of our key principles.
We want our athletes to feel empowered and supported, and that is realised through our role as educators and developers. Over time, we expect the relationship with our athletes to change as their experience and knowledge grows.

We have expertise in training science, race preparation, race execution, and training/racing analysis. The training sessions we programme are evidence based and science backed to ensure the best results. However, as professionals, we also know when to refer to experts in associated areas. We have established relationships with a range of providers in other areas of expertise enabling us to guide you in the right direction.
